When will i see the benefits?

You’ll likely start feeling the benefits of Pilates immediately and after just a few sessions your body will change! With regular practice, you’ll notice improved strength, flexibility, and posture within a few weeks. Everyone’s body is different, but consistency is key.

How do I sign up for classes and sessions?

Signing up for classes and sessions is super easy! You can head over to my schedule or offerings page on Vagaro, where you’ll find all available options. Just pick what works best for you, and you’re all set. Looking forward to seeing you in class!

How DO I CANCEL MY SESSION IF I CAN’T MAKE IT?

If you can’t make your session, no worries! Just let me know at least 24 hours in advance, and I’ll happily reschedule or cancel without any fees. If it’s less than 24 hours, the full session cost will apply. 

CAN I SHARE MY SESSIONS AND PACKAGES?

Packages are for individual use only and can’t be shared. This helps ensure everyone gets the most personalized and consistent experience possible.
