PILATES is a great way to improve your endurance  and  performance in other physical and  daily  activities. Your body  will  learn to restore itself by stretching, strengthening, and lengthening the muscles.

50 min classes are available in a group setting,  duet,  or  private session.

Joseph Pilates born in 1883 created the Classical PILATES Method.

A brilliant approach to fitness called “Contrology” – 500 exercises, engineered all the equipment, specifications and tuning designed to teach them properly.

He founded a studio in NYC where he taught until the1960’s. Today, Pilates is practiced around the world by all people.
